COCONUT NECTAR VINEGAR - ORGANICALLY PRODUCED AND PROCESSED
Frequently Asked Questions

It is a sweet juice or sap that drips from a newly-formed coconut flower bud or unopened inflorescence (which contains baby flowers and baby coconuts). These sweet "drippings" are the same nectar that honeybees sip from the flowers and turn them into honey in their beehives.

They are the basic building block of proteins. Having been broken down from protein, they are carried in the blood stream to the liver as well as to the other sites in the body where they are needed. They are then reassembled to make the specific forms of protein required by different cells and tissues.

From the very beginning, our coconut trees are organically grown in our own farms. Vinegar production follows a natural and organic pattern as well. Natural fermentation ranges from 6 months to 2 years without any chemical additives, no preservatives, no artificial coloring and no artificial flavorings. Afger aging, it is then packed in glass bottles and sealed fresh to preserve all its natural goodness.

The color of the vinegar changes as it ages, from cloudy white to light yellow to a "winey" brown, as it further matures. Sediments, film and coin-like gels will appear as part of the mother-of-vinegar that has fragmented.

Vinegar, if not diluted with water, is in itself a preservative. It can last for 4 years and beyond.

Lola Conching all-natural coco nectar vinegar contains the following vitamins and alkalizing minerals as tested by SGS and Food Development Center (BFAD-accredited laboratories):

Beta-carotene
Iron
Calcium
Potassium
Magnesium
Phosphorus
Sodium

The organic acids found in fruits, vegetables and coco nectar vinegar provide the body with important minerals such as potassium, calcium, sodium and magnesium. These and other minerals form compounds in the body that turn acid body fluids into alkaline. Because of this, they are called alkalizing minerals, and the food that supply them are called alkalizing foods.
